At Slozarinkhak, we take pride in every handmade card and printed piece that leaves our studio. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand behind the quality of our work.
Standard Products
For non-customized items from our standard collection:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging should be intact when possible
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, including:
- Personalized greeting cards with custom text
- Wedding invitation suites with your names and details
- Monogrammed stationery and journals
- Any item made specifically to your specifications
Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun. Please carefully review all design proofs before approving for production.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with defects in craftsmanship:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide photos showing the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
- Do not discard damaged items until we have resolved the issue
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email or phone with your order number
- Describe the reason for the return
- Wait for our team to provide return instructions
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when processed

We are happy to exchange standard items for different designs or products of equal value. Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we will guide you through the process.
